UTAH MINERAL SALT |
This salt is a mined salt, and
is available in large rock crystal form, as well as. tine ground. It
has a lot of iron, and other minerals in it which show up as rusty red
grain, in the finely ground salt. This salt when tasted, has strong
iron flavor, similar to blood. This salt gives products a good flavor
foundation while being much les expensive when compared to sea salt.
It dissolves with a lots of mineral particles floating in the water,
and is very cloudy. |
