MEDITERRANEAN SEA SALT (FINE)

This is a ultra-white salt,
which is ground as fine or finer than table salt. It has a very salty
flavor, almost to the point of becoming bitter. It has a crisp, clean
flavor. This salt attacks you on the top of your tongue and in the
back of your throat, and requires a quick drink of water. It dissolves
fairly clear. with very little residue (it is mechanically
evaporated). . |
