KOREAN YELLOW SEA SALT: This salt has a light gray hew to it. This salt is a medium coarse grain, and is very moist to the touch, almost wet. It has a medium salty flavor, with a less than desirable after taste. This salt is tasted on the  both sides of the mouth and tongue, and is usually used in vegetable pickling. This salt dissolves very well, but leaves a lot of residue in the water .
