The Wheat Sprout 
is easily sprouted from whole grain seeds, one cup of seeds will yield 1 quart of sprouts.  The sprouts should be used when the sprout equal the length of the seed which takes 4 to 5 days.  Wheat sprouts add flavor and texture to salads desserts, breads, and main dishes.
