Sebago
a cross between the Chippewa and Katahdin.  It was first introduced in 1929.  The potatoes are large elliptical to round-elliptical, medium thick, with smooth skin that is described as ivory yellow in color.  The eyes are shallow and the same color as the skin and the flesh of the potato is white.  This is a late season variety and a high field producer.
