 Gnocchetti nyo-KAY-tay an Italian pasta made to look like gnocchi, the popular potato dumplings, with a elongated curved shell and ridges on the outer surface. A larger version of gnocchetti is also called gnocchi. Both sizes are good with thick sauces.
