Centollon (Paralomis granulosa) South American Snow Crab,
Antarctic Snow Crab

Harvested off the southern most coast of Chile and South America this crab (much smaller than Centolla) inhabits cold waters up to 300 feet deep.

The meat is slightly smaller and softer that Snow Crab from the Northern Hemisphere.

Available: Cooked frozen, whole gutted, meat, claws, canned

March to November are peak landings.
