Chinese  The "Chinese" apricot (actually not of Chinese orgin, and not one variety, but a group of similar varieties) is important in Utah. There is a tendency to name seedling apricots with small early fruit "Chinese." Orange skin and flesh, small ripens unevenly, good quality, and texture.
