Bearss (Bearss Seedless)  smaller fruit than the Persian, the diameter averages 1 3/16 inches and a length of 2 1/4 inches, the pulp is juicy with a greenish yellow color, the true lime flavor, very acidic, excellent quality, no seeds.  The fruit color when fully ripe is light lemon yellow but the lime is marketed at the mature green stage.  The fruit season is winter to late spring with some maturing taking place throughout the year.
