Green Umbrella (hybrid) A central large head, compact, with fine beads of an even, dark green color.  The semi-globular head, borne on a solid central stem, averages more than 12 inches in diameter. Used for mechanical harvesting, the plant has dark green foliage and is considered excellent for freezing.
