
      "LEGS" include the whole leg, i.e., the thigh and the drumstick, whether jointed or disjointed. Back skin is not included.
      Pelvic meat may be attached to the thigh, but shall not include
      the pelvic bones.
      
      The patella (kneebone) may be included on either the 
      drumstick or thigh.
