Bel Paese is from the Lombardy region of Italy. It is a modern Cow's milk, creamery, semi soft cheese and has a light, milky aroma. Mild, rich texture; spongy; creamy yellow interior.

It's also shredded and used to make pizza, risotto, and pasta dishes.
