Christmas Dressing
Amount Measure Product
8 oz. Sausage
4 oz Margarine
1 cup Chopped Celery
6 ea Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1 cup Chopped Onion
4 cups  Hot Water
1 cup  Chopped Green Pepper
5 cups Toasted Bread Crumbs
6 cups Crumpled Corn Bread
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 ea eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Preparation:
Sauté celery, onion and green pepper until tender in melted oleo in a heavy skillet.  Dissolve chicken cubes in hot water, pour over bread crumbs which have been combined in a large bowl.  Add celery, onion and green pepper.  Brown sausage in a heavy skillet then add to the bread crumbs.  Add seasoning, eggs and pecans then mix well.  Bake for 30 minutes at 360°.
