Sunhigh
is a large, midseason, oval, highly colored freestone with short down.  The flesh is yellow of medium texture, firm, excellent quality, packs and ships well.  It is an established variety in the east but often lacks attractiveness in California.  One of the best mid season varieties.  Introduced in New Jersey in 1938.  Ripens 2 weeks before Elberta.
