Homesteader Wild Rice


1, 6-oz. pkg. long-grain and         1 cup chopped green onions
wild rice mix                                 1/2 cup chopped celery
3 bacon slices, chopped                1/3cup chopped mushrooms

Prepare rice mix as directed on package. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon, reserving fat.  Add vegetables to reserved fat in skillet; saute. Stir in rice mix and bacon
