Trimmings shall not include jowls and diaphragms, and shall be practically free of bone, cartilages, seedy parts of bellies, wet mammary tissue, skin and lymph glands, except for those glands which normally form a part of the trimmings. The visually determined fat content of the trimmings shall not exceed 10 percent.
