      Typically, cheese does not freeze well, and after thawing has a very 
      grainy crumbly texture. The
      only notable exceptions are:
      Certain Mozzarella's manufactured specifically for freezing
      Grated hard cheeses like Parmesan or Romano
      Cheese like butter, absorbs other flavors and aromas. Keep cheese tightly 
      covered and stored
